AT&T Cell phone problems

Published by AnksConsulting LLC at 2:45 pm under blog

AT&T is apparently having problems in New York. Many, if not most
people are not able to get incoming or make outgoing calls with their
cell phones. I spoke with customer service, and they are aware of the
problem and are working on it. They’ve got no estimate, but based on
the severity of the problem, they should be able to get it fixed in 24
hours. Till then, my phone isn’t working; text-messaging seems to be
working fine at the moment.

I have AT&T. For the past month my family (3 phones), friends, and I have been receiving the message “Call can’t be completed as dialed” Message 2, OR01GN. None of us have been doing anything different when dialing. Sometimes it takes 3 to 5 times dialing to get past this message and complete the call. I have contacted AT&T numerous times resulting in NO help and hours wasted on the phone with them.
We never had this problem with Cingular!
Has anyone else had this problem?
