Tomorrow marks the start of an eight week workout plan for me. This plan includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) three days a week, and lifting at the gym another three days a week. So, I’ll be doing some sort of exercise six out of seven days a week. Lets see if I can hold myself to this plan…
